At Second Nature, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. We partner with Shiprocket, India’s leading logistics aggregator, to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition and on time.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across all major cities, towns, and PIN codes in India. If your location is in a remote or non-serviceable area, our customer support team will contact you to arrange the best possible delivery method.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
An email/SMS notification with your tracking ID.
A link to Shiprocket’s tracking portal so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
5. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A nominal shipping fee applies for orders below this value.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may have additional charges depending on location.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Delays & Liability
While we strive to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or other situations beyond our control. However, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
