At Second Nature, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy ensures a smooth process.
1. Returns Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
- Due to the nature of personal care and fragrance products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used candles, opened body mists, aftershaves, lotions, and diffusers.
- Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers.
- Gift cards or e-gift vouchers.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact our customer service at contact@thesecondnature.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number, photos of the product, and packaging for verification.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
6. Shipping for Returns
For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us.
For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
